"Clean, comfortable and quiet room, with easy free parking. Tea and coffee facilities in room, but no real food offering is the only minor downside. The plain exterior and rather drab reception does not reflect the high standards within the rooms. No frills, but the excellent price shames others, especially when standards are this good. I want a good nights sleep and that’s what you get."

"Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We have repeatedly returned, sometimes bringing friends as a thank you / treat. The last time we were there I had a medical incident and the hotel staff were just incredible. We booked the ****** mystery dinner evening and as I was sent to hospital they only charged us for one person B&B. They did not have to do that, but the manager also called me whilst I was waiting in A&E to check on me and let me know what was going on and how to get back into the hotel at 4am. I truly cannot explain my gratitude to the staff at this hotel, who really care. Aside from the way they dealt with that episode, every time we have visited before we have always received the same impeccable treatment, fantastic food - both pre-dinner canapes, dinner itself, and breakfast. The food is the highest quality, as is the customer service, the actors involved in the ****** mystery and attention to every single detail. If you are prevaricating as to whether to book, just do it. You will not be disappointed! I cannot wait to rebook to enjoy another night of fantastic entertainment, incredible food and wonderful caring staff who really care about customer service and the customer overall experience."
