Your website advertised a shuttle to the metro. That’s why we chose this site. There was no shuttle. The new manager was very nice but was unable to get us a refund because we booked third party. We had to Uber for days at great cost to us. One day we left a half eaten box of candy on the desk. Next morning it was FULL of sugar ants. Nasty!

During my stay at Hampton Inn as I parked my first impression was horrific, I parked near the dumpster and my family and I see a whole bunch of rats casually walking as if they own the place. Meaning they are there daily and this hotel isn’t doing anything to stop it. We also witnessed a lot of ***** in the bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels. On my last day we asked for new towels bc we didn’t have any due to the fact that there were filled with ***** and they forgot to send them, 30 minutes later we finally received them after calling a second time.

The location is good, about 25 minutes drive from Washington Congress, about 20 dollars. The hotel service is good, the restaurant provides hot water. We arrived early, and the front desk arranged for us to check in early. There is a Mediterranean food restaurant 300 meters away, which is good and cheap. There is a large supermarket 400 meters away. Very convenient.
