A Delightful Stay My stay from the 20th to the 24th was a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a peaceful space to unwind after each day. What made the stay especially memorable was the calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Everything felt effortless and well cared for, from the attentive service to the overall ambience. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I would be very happy to return and experience the same warm hospitality again.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were all super friendly. Plus, it's really close to the mall, so if you need anything, you just go downstairs. Thank you!

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here. After a long journey from Jombang, I was hoping to get some rest, but the reality was far from my expectations: * **AC Issues:** The AC in the mall area was off, making it scorching hot like a sauna. Upon check-in, the AC in my room wasn't cold either. A technician came to clean the unit, but the dust was so thick it triggered a severe sinus attack. * **Unsuitable Room:** Even after moving to a different room, new problems arose. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every single person walking by, making it very noisy. * **Maintenance Disturbance:** There was a very loud noise from the compressor line next to my room because technicians were working. I couldn't get any rest at all. * **Value for Money:** This hotel is not cheap. For the same price, I could have stayed at an international hotel chain without all these technical issues. I urge the management to implement a complete overhaul immediately. I do not recommend this hotel for the price it charges.

Keep it up, the staff are friendly and the hotel is great. My only minor complaint is that breakfast seemed a bit understaffed. Many things were missing, like spoons. It would be great if breakfast could be improved. 😉

Really dirty hotel. Have insects in room. Breakfast really less choices. Location is fine.

The location is strategic, and the price is quite affordable. The downsides were the shower, which had weak water pressure, making it take a long time to shower. Also, the sink was clogged, so the water drained slowly. And the hotel lobby was a bit hot.

Nice place and near city. Easy to find food. Staff helpful and fast reply. Keep the good job. ☺
