This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Just booked 2 rooms (in 1 booking number) and requested rooms on the same floor because there were parents and children, but for some reason the staff deliberately did not fulfill the request and gave us floors far apart. The quality of the elevator is very poor (long waiting time and doors that always pinch people). The location of the hotel is very disappointing and almost all the staff are unprofessional and rude! This will be my last visit to this hotel!!

Facilities are decent, but the breakfast is pretty much the same every day with not much variety. Cleanliness can be an issue at times. The environment isn't ideal as I was woken up at night. Service is okay, but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Overall, it's just a run-of-the-mill review.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located. **Service:** There was a slight language barrier during communication. It's only about ten kilometers from the luxury outlet town, which makes it perfect for a shopping trip.

Good location in West Jakarta, less than 10 minutes drive to where we needed to be .. two major shopping malls within 15 minutes driving, and toll road access to airport is just outside.
