Amaris Hotel Mangga Besar Reviews

All good except it doesn’t have a mini fridge in the room. Have to entrust my strawberries to the reception who kept them in the fridge for me.

It is an average hotel especially for local people! Not many amenities! Good price, average breakfast! Rooms are not show as the pictures! Located in a busy road  wirh noise!

Cleanliness is average, location is good and services is reasonable. Suitable for budgets travellers.

Good enough for 1 night transit in Jakarta.

Room is okay, the AC was old and a bit noisy but still cold enough. Very nice location just beside a main road. The breakfast is surprisingly good, very decent for a budget hotel. Compare to my bad breakfast experience in Amaris Bogor, this one is much better.

The room looked older than it did in the photos. I also stayed at a nearby hotel, and there too, the photos showed renovated rooms, but in reality, I was shown an older room. The location is good. It's understandable that there's no refrigerator, but instant coffee was provided, although there was no kettle, and the hot water dispenser was located in a distant hallway.

This hotel is in the Mangga Besar district of Jakarta and has a perfect location. There are convenience stores, malls, and food stalls nearby, so finding food is not an issue. There were no particular issues with the room, but the shower is fixed and there is almost no separation from the tray, and it has no drainage, so water remains pooled under the toilet unless you turn it off yourself. However, it was tolerable and the service staff were friendly, so I think I'll have another opportunity to visit again.

In terms of cleanliness, it's good. The bathroom lighting is dim, so it looks scary if the lights were a little brighter. It would definitely be brighter. Breakfast was delicious, but the rice noodles were really salty. The chef is about to get married again, right? 🤣🤣🤣 Everything is fine... Improve the service even more. So it'll be even busier.

I've stayed at this hotel for several years. It's clean, has a good breakfast, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.
