I booked this hotel thinking it was in a great location in the city center. However, it's above a wholesale market, and the moment you step in, there's a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel facilities are old, the hygiene is poor, the amenities are lacking, it's very noisy, and the cups were dirty. What I found most unacceptable is that they don't even provide complimentary bottled water.

The Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to Chinatown. Simple buffet breakfast available. Transportation to or from the airport was about 1.5 hours.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I was there for two nights. Not only were there cockroaches and spiders, but there was also a constant strange noise at night. I didn't pay much attention until 3 AM on the second night when I was woken up by a squeaking sound. I called security and hotel staff, and we found a mouse squeaking on the light box, with video and photo evidence. The thought of having shared a room with a mouse for two whole days is quite horrifying.

U have go to 8th floor to get into hotel. Cause it's same building with Trade Center. Location was good with standard breakfast, but must have a little renovation.

We booked two rooms and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out . The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with enough variety, and it was a nice way to start each morning. A special mention to Leonard for New Year’s Eve. He invited us, together with other guests, to join a karaoke gathering. It was fun, relaxed, and a great way to welcome the New Year. New Year BBQ was also enjoyable. The food was tasty, especially the BBQ squid (cumi) and chicken satay, which we really enjoyed. Special thanks as well to the General Manager for his kindness and warm hospitality. It truly made our stay more memorable. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We felt welcome and would gladly stay here again.

The lobby has a magnificent arowana tank, which is quite impressive. The hotel is close to all the nearby attractions, and dining options are also convenient. It's located on the 8th floor of a large hardware market. You can eat on the second floor, and the value for money is decent, but the food court closes quite early, by 5 PM, and it's not open on Sundays.

Fantastic hotel on the 8th floor of a massive building! Positives: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. Drinking water available on corridor is great. Negatives: The Aircon was dated. The TV was a traditional TV without access to YouTube or netflix.
