Hotels in Gajah Mada, West Jakarta

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful, especially the duty manager Dessy. Comfy bed. Note the rooms have a bathtub not a shower, however they do have the shower facility within the bathtub. Lovely long pool for those wanting to do laps and a well equipped gym also.

Bed was nicer than expected, nice pillow. The other amenities look quite old, but functional and okay cleanliness. Hmmm they don't clean the room daily though, and more plugs would be good. But the main point is that the wifi is so bad that I had to live off my data the entire time. Front desk staff spoke English, and had some flexibility with my requests.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Wished it was cleaner. Please get rid of the deposit. Beyond that room was quite comfortable and main creature comforts all catered for.

I checked into this hotel when I first came to Jakarta and I am very glad that I chose it. I arrived late at night, but I was greeted amicably and quickly checked in. The rooms are very clean, new bed linen and cleaning was carried out every day. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've lived in in Jakarta. the hotel has an elevator and places to sit in the lobby. In general, the hotel has a very fresh and pleasant renovation, a lot of light.I also had a good view from the window and the location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the Manas monument. Thank you very much, I will definitely choose this hotel if I return to Jakarta again

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very nice with only a couple of minor things that could have been improved. The room was serviced well each day and we loved the free drinking water that was available on each floor. However, it was the incredible breakfast and the amazing staff that made this hotel one of our all time favourites. The wide selection and quality of the food was the best we've ever come across. This can be credited to the outstanding staff who were so diligent, well trained and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Idam, Harry and Raisah were incredible and we greatly appreciated their helpful, friendly and kind service. We would be itching to stay here again if we over return to Jakarta.

Hotel is very inexpensive. Located at the heart of the city. Convenient to find food street.

Located just a few steps to gajah mada plaza. But it was not interconnected.you need to walk within doorback mall. Quite scary. You need to try room massage when you are here. Recommend 🫶🏻

Upon check in, we got a room which was located on 6th floor. Inside the room, there was no bath towel and we had to (literally) beg for bath towels. The towels made to our rooms after half an hour. We also found dead cockroach inside our room. The tv show a mirror view. There are a lot of things need to be fixed in this hotel. Its a sinking ship in my opinion. Too bad, because the location is very strategic.
