Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem

I highly recommend this hotel Everytime I come to Jakarta,this is the only hotel I will stay Despite there is many around at PIK 1&2 I will still come here This hotel is like a home away from home Even on my this trip,there was some blunder in the room arrangement,but they were quick to remedy and make changes to it. The only thing they could have done better is rather than making me to wait aimlessly in the lobby.The least they could do is offer me a drink at the pool side. This is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE by Hilton hotel standards Other than that,I have no other complaints I hope they look into this,cos I m frequent traveller to this hotel

The hotel room is pretty spacious and give you the basic amenities. The room including the bathroom is generally clean. They have universal power point and the peter thomas roth body wash is nice. I love the orange scent. There are mini shop with microwave near the front desk, coin laundry is also available at basement. The connection to the mall is using card access, without security guard manning the access. The room comes without card slot so you can keep the key card in your bag. One thing to note is they only have warm white lighting so if may not be so suitable for doing task in the room. Overall, I like the hotel because it is decent and you can always call the staff when you need something.

The shower glass curtain is too narrow. Making water easy to spill out. Carpet required better cleaning. Other than the above, all are fine. Will consider to stay in this hotel again next time go Jakarta.
