Room was uncleanly, sticky surfaces, old band aide on carpet, dried noodle stuck to carpet and room had an order, red stain on pillow.

We really enjoyed the costumer service and thought it was a great stay. We could not figure out the heater in our room it seemed to just keep running until we had to turn it off manually. Also had a situation with the shower but maintenance took care of it in a timely manner and overall it was a good place to stay while visiting others in the area and is conveniently close to Jordan landing. Will definitely stay here again

The pool is indoor and Ice cold, picked the hotel for the kids to swim and play, they lasted less than 10 minutes. There is no hot tub as it been taken out and sealed up. The room where nice, staff did good but when you pay 150 night for a pool thats ice cold, you can find other rooms for a cheaper price with the same amenities.

Was clean and well kept. Great location, close to shopping, dining, etc. Only wish they would have had a hot tub. Not sure why hotels are doing away with their hot tubs. If you ask me, do away with the pool and keep the hot tub!

Would definitely come back. Great breakfast and the gentleman during breakfast service was amazing. Very kind, helpful, and kept everything stocked and cleaned. Very close to Usana Amphitheater. Food and shopping a hop skip away.

Outdoor rug was falling apart. Tripped on it several times walking in and out of the hotel. Bathtub had backed up. Maintenance was called and fixed. However they left the black residue in it. Blinds would not open. Called maintenance. Came back to find a cord draping from the blind to the desk lamp to charge. Still wouldn’t close. Called maintenance. Desk clerk not happy but came to the room. Didn’t say anything to me as he walked in and went right over to the window. Couldn’t get it to work, so he manually cranked the blind down. He apologized and then left.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was great with comfortable beds, plenty of room, and it offered everything we needed. The breakfast was awesome with lots of different yummy options to choose from. The hotel was clean, spacious, and convenient. The customer service was on-point and very welcoming!

NO HOT TUB. Although the pics show a hot tub, it has been removed.
The King Suite is very spacious and comfortable. Well worth the extra money for all that space.
