We wanted a place we had never been to before and many options to choose from. So glad we chose here. We were celebrating life ...of two people myself as a year ago from the day we stayed was the day I got out of hospital " Alive and Kicking " after major surgery. Also we were celbrating the last full day of my mum who died the next day. We only wished my mum had been there to experience the view. (Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious)Practically perfect in every way . We booked an Executive Double Room and breakfast was included . I wanted a balcony and a seaview and what a stunner. We actually manged to sit and have a drink from just inside the doors and wallow in the stunning aspect!!! On arrival we were met by a lovely gentleman was so polite and ( although a breakdown of communication between the people we booked through and the hotel) it all got sorted. We arranged a late check out ( at extra cost ) we didnt mind as a few days before we arrived we heard about storm Eowyn and so it was well needed. We booked for dinner and after wallowing in the size of the room we had the Corrie room, we went down for dinner. Menus were available in the room and I am terrible at trying to choose and stick to it . So we decided to choose before we went down and wrote down our options and so because we wanted a bottle of wine the drinks came quickly . Voigner and Chardonnay. very tasty. The menu prices were correct at time of our stay. Good selection and hubby had difficulty choosing what to have and thats not like him. Starter for me was Pate and plenty of it . Very tasty. Hubby had the Antipasto Board and although a sharer we did feel it fed one person adequately ( maybe not big enough for two? ) again personal choice . The meat selection was very good. Mains we had Lamb Osso Buco for me ( my first time having it ). Love lamb and it was tender enough however I did expect a little more flavour. The mash was really silky . We did pass our comments to the staff and if they dont know what can be improved on then they cant fix it.Hubby had the Seafood Marinara and seafood heaven for him. A bit more lobster would never go amiss but understand that at that cost it was good value. To finish with we shared a cheese board from the sharing menu and that was sufficent and ended a lovely meal and a good price too. The bottles of wine one each served us from pre drinks to during the meal and afterwards. Took a bottle of Voigner upstairs to enjoy the view some more. All in all and amazing stay and was near to tears of joy when I saw the room and so glad to have stayed . We will return another time Thank you .

Didn't stay at the hotel but if the accommodation is anything like the food then I'm sure it would be great. Ate here three times. The food was superb and the view is pretty special too. Steve and the staff were friendly and helpful and gave good tips for places to visit. Cannot fault it at all. Well worth the trip. Thank you

But as usual what makes this happen are the staff. Very friendly and professional. Don't have any second thoughts if you're looking to stay in this area. Book this hotel with confidence.

A group of 14 of us had Sunday lunch at Seamill House Hotel . We’d pre ordered our starters and mains as requested and that worked a treat. The food was delicious and the serving staff were very friendly; efficient and a credit to the hotel. Thank you to all concerned. We’ve already booked to return - what better a recommendation could you have!

Went for Sunday lunch with my partner. The food was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. We thought the menu was great and the prices good valve for money which seems to be bucking the trend these days. The place looked modern throughout as though it had not long been opened the toilets were spotless and there was a view of Arran from our table. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and overall we would rate it 10 out of 10.

Went out for a family meal. The venue was super accommodating, the meal was lovely and really reasonably priced. The staff were super attentive - thanks Morar for making us feel so welcome! We sat in the restaurant and had some fantastic views out to Arran. We will be back again.
