The room was freezing and would not warm up. When I went to speak with staff about the thermostat they explained that its just the temperature it is and they couldn't do anything to about it. I was miserable all night and didn't get any sleep.

First room the TV and the phone did not work. We were then upgraded to a sweet with working extras but the room was dirty. ***** hair in bathroom, toilet seat dirty, only one towel to shower with.

You can see through the door when it’s closed, people outside yelling all the time. Nasty area. Will never stay here again

Both of our rooms smelled like mold/musk, very sticky, carpet felt wet and Sheetrock dust on the bathroom floor and to much room spray
