The staff was nice.
The only REAL complaint is there was roaches in the sink and coffee pot and on the night stand by the bed.

The hotel was decent and clean. My only criticism would be the advertisement for breakfast, however it was only packaged honey buns or muffins with juice.

You get what you pay for...
First, we've stayed here before. It was ok for a cheap hotel and we don't spend much time in the room.
This time was different. Room had vinyl flooring this time, which I don't like as it makes the room louder in my opinion.
Bed was absolutely horrible. Springs in the middle appeared to be broken so there was a deep dip in the middle of the bed. Super uncomfortable and really did a number on my back. Had a very busy weekend planned so it's on me for not requesting another room, but assumed it might be worse.
Housekeeper comes whether you want them to or not. Second day they didn't leave us any towels. Went to the front desk and told the attendant, who proceeded to go check to see if I was telling the truth. Then proceeded to give me one bath towel.
You get what you pay for applies here and we will not stay here again.

I was on my way to monroe for work.by time i got into town i would have to go straight to work. The lady tried charging my card when i put pay at front desk. Then she got an attitude with me because i didnt have time to stop to put money on my card for the fact i had to be at work by 9am. She canceled my reservation because I didn't want to be late to work for her convenience. She even had a nasty attitude.
