What was good. The room got nice and cold and the beds were comfortable.
What was not great. Their idea of breakfast included is dry prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal...thats it. I get there is a kitchen but wow. All the kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. you have to ask for. So if you needed a cup all of a sudden, forget it. We used the pull out couch...good thing we brought blankets because all they could supply us with was sheets. Not to mention the hallway smelled like pot. Won't stay there again.

the staff was unconcerned about my needs for a coffee maker or kitchen setup.
and I killed 2 roaches in the room.
I really like this chain, and prefer it when I travel, but this stay was terrible.

I love the fact that (a) to get to your room, you have to enter through either the hotel lobby or side doors. (b) there was an elevator on property (c) the handicap ground floor rooms are very large. (d) there is a washroom on the ground floor next to the lobby. (e) there is a gym on the ground floor next to the lobby. The hotel is close to I95 and fast food restaurants.
I travel either solo or with my retired mom so one thing I did not like (and I know it's not the hotel's fault) is the fact that some of the guests looked suspicious which was made me feel a bit uncomfortable. For example, the first day we arrived for our three days stay, guests in two different cars sat and literally stared as we unpacked our van and headed to our room. We also didn't see any security guard throughout our stay, but we did keep in contact with the front desk agents who were very pleasant and helpful.

They charged me for the room and wouldn’t let me stay because they said we arrived too late. Then they made me rebook and pay 20.00 more before they would refund me. He said he wouldn’t refund until I paid for a new night. We were literally staying a few hours. They left us stranded and demanded we rebook at an additional fee in order to get a refund.

The price seemed right and we did view the room before we checked in; however after setting up and attempting to warm up the 60 degree room, we had no heat, we had to go to front desk to get blankets. What hotel doesn’t offer blankets in the room?
Did I mention in the bathroom! Tv remote almost worthless.
Complimentary breakfast was instant oatmeal, and coffee.
This hotel is “one and done”! NEVER AGAIN.

It was a cheap stay close to 95. The rooms are outdated. The bathroom is upgraded. That is nice and Overall I will not be returning.
