Very good!

On the main things like i slept well and everything worked was good. The issues are that not enough lighting and fridge was noisy. Free breakfast was adequate.

The staff was great. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. We did have 2 problems. We had an ADA accessible room. The shower would have been great except there was no bench to sit on and the floor would be slick when wet. The toilet was not ADA accessible. It was low with no grab bars, in a tight confined space. If I had been alone I wouldnt have been able to use it. The bed was quite high too. If a traveler is in a wheelchair it would be awkward to get into. Like with the toilet it would be impossible to use a transfer board. There was also a problem with parking. When we first arrived parking was OK, but when we returned, after attending the HEART concert, after midnight there was no place to park. We had to park on the street which is inconvenient for persons with disabilities and dangerous for everybody. It was a close drive (10 minutes) to the Maverick Center. The staff was apologetic and said they'd pass along the info to management.

Hampton Inn never disappoints Quick overnight trip. Great customer service. Good hot breakfast. Comfy and clean room. Would recommend.

walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin Make sure to stay on the top floor, as the walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. A 12-year-old hockey team was above us, ruined our first night of sleep. The beds are comfortable, but the "Queen" bed is a full bed. My wife and I were constantly adjusting throughout the night. The staff was friendly and service-oriented.
