Beautiful, spacious, clean, and a great space for your overnight stay! My family and I have stayed here a few times and each time, the rooms are a good size, the beds are so comfortable, the AC cools nicely, plenty of amenities and just an overall great experience! The view of the mountains is breathtaking! There’s a huge kitchen and plenty of space to gather, hangout, and be with your family. Check out the cute little town just down the street! Oh, and the bedding is SUPER soft and you just melt into the bed! Can’t say enough of how great this place is! A must stay!

Wow! The views from both the front and back porch. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watched deer, rabbits and cows! The house in lovely and welcoming. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Our room welcomed us with special treats as well as coffee and tea to enjoy. The contactless check-in was seamless! We will be back on our next visit to Westcliffe.

I frequently travel to Westcliffe to hike and climb in the nearby mountains, and have previously stayed at the Westcliffe Inn, mostly out of habit. Never again, The Lamp Post Lodge is a much more pleasant and comfortable property. I decided to look for an alternative when the price quoted by the Westcliffe Inn added a $30 cleaning fee. Over the years I've stayed at close to 1000 hotel/motels, and "cleaning" was always included in the price. This petty fee caused me to look elsewhere, and I'm so glad I did. The Lamp Post Lodge is my new base camp for the Sangre de Christo mountains.

Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Thoughtfully appointed with great attention to detail. Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable gathering area in the great room. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas for guests. We stayed in the passiflora suite, with a comfortable king bed and a lovely room A/C. We were blessed with unobstructed views of the Towering (13,000-14,000 foot tall) Wet Mountain Range. As our hike up to Crestone Peak started at 0500 AM, it was very nice to have a microwave and Keurig Coffee machine available for our early AM adventure. Our room faced out to highway 69, but with the fan on we did not pick up road noise. The perfect stay for our trips into the local mountains. We will be revisiting next Summer!

Hands down best place to stay in Westcliffe! Clean and provided everything we needed. Great for family and close to town. Beautiful view of the mountains. Easy to find and quiet. The other place offers the view and amenities. Made sure we had everything we needed

Beautiful property. Location is convenient to town and to hiking trails. Our room was clean, spacious, cool and inviting. The whole Lodge was inviting. It felt like staying at a friend or family member's house. Will stay there again when in Westcliffe. Thank you!
