Bed is too soft. Service was just ok, not very helpful as I tried to change a room to a more expensive one (and I would like to pay the difference, not for free) but failed. Not sure if it’s the Trip.com issue or hotel issue. But I found it quite non-sense because why would you not allow people to pay more for upgrading when there are vacant rooms.

Dislikes are soft mattress and continuous and noisy HVAC. Staff and cleanliness were fine. Local Asian restaurant is fabulous and the primary reason we stay there.

Property is in need of updating hallways smelled like convenient store fried chicken. The smell was awful. Thermostats would not change temperature. It wouldn’t go below 70.

Atrocious Service We booked and prepaid months ago. Our two room suite was given away the morning of the day we checked in. We were told they did not have to honor our reservation bc it was booked thru a third party. When we asked where this policy was stated they couldn’t tell us but repeatedly told us it was our fault for booking thru ******* so they dont have to honor the room we booked and paid for. They also told us the hotel is over sold for the next night and will bump people who booked thru ******* even if they booked first. They also have no policy to contact people to let them know. They just let them show up to be told they don’t have their room.

The property was clean and quiet. It seemed like is was a busy eeekend however the facility didn't feel crowded. We got to use the swimming pool and ate breakfast, which was great. My only feedback is to have bedding in the room alreasy for the pull put sofa, with pillows.

Beautiful Solution for Visiting Family in Groton I really loved this place. It was low-key and unassuming, but well decorated, clean, and had a nice breakfast buffet (although it got a bit crowded at times). We got a suite for myself, another couple, and a 2-year-old. It was plenty of room for all of us. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a common area that had a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Really thoughtfully designed. Plenty of privacy for each family.
