Holiday Inn Aberdeen - West Reviews

The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was dried up and the eggs had a hard coating over the yolk from being under the heat lamps, not nice at all.  The bed was awful it’s got to be the eorst bed I’ve ever slept in. Room 316. My daughters were in 318 and it had a lovely comfy bed

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights in an accessible room, the room was a good size and plenty of storage space, limited channels on the smart tv which was a shame, the mattress could be doing work being updated also as you could feel the springs through it. When I first saw the shower room I was pleased however after using it I formed a different opinion, the whole floor was sailing and became very dangerous trying to walk out over the tiles. I fell and luckily my husband was able to come and help me back up, if this was an elderly person or could be a very different scenario, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and all staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay again but not in M accessible room with tiles on the floor

Unfortunately charged twice for stay and took 4 days to rectify - otherwise service and facilities are great

The customer service is terrible at this hotel. Won't recommend. The aircon in the room is very noisy too and we could not get a good night sleep.

Great wee overnight stay so my daughter and I could go to Aberdeen Uni's open day. Handy location just off the motorway, and a short drive into Aberdeen centre. We ate dinner at the Indian Brasserie across the road, which was very nice, and the hotel breakfast was standard fare and a reasonable choice. Would recommend the hotel for a stay out with the hustle and bustle of the city- parking right outside the door, and a park and ride facility a short drive from the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant, too. Checking in was straightforward, and so was check out. Would return if I needed to visit Aberdeen in the future.

The facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is good, and you can't expect too much in the UK.

Very good hotel, very friendly front desk staff, good sized rooms, complete facilities, across the street is the mall, the restaurant is also good, the lobby is well decorated.

The hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket opposite, and there is a McDonald's nearby! The service of the hotel staff is very kind 😊 The environment is very quiet, it is a good choice for vacation, I will stay in this hotel next time
