Very nice located, 5 minutes to the beach, breakfast was good. Only the stairs in the suite are really live threatening ;)

Kamer was heel erg mooi! Mooi bed en tv op de kamer. Er was een bovenverdieping, vanuit hier had je prachtig uitzicht op de duinen. De badkamer is ruim en oogde heel luxe. De bovenverdieping was alleen erg stoffig, de bedden stonden los van elkaar, dit waren voor ons 2 min puntjes. Het ontbijtbuffet was erg uitgebreid en ook hier mooi uitzicht. 5 minuten lopen van het strand, al met al een goede/mooie plek om even helemaal tot jezelf te komen.

Amazing stay, booked the day before spontaneously drove over from England and loved everything! The apartment was great, the beach bar was amazing, and a short walk from the hotel, lots of nice restaurants near by. Would definitely return

No airco,very small bathroom with very big shower that takes 2/3rd of the place and no power out of the showerhead. You have to pay for bathtowels 4.5 euro a piece and they keep a deposit of 10 euro. The breafast is included , very spartan and in a dark refectory. The best thing is the swimmingpool ! The towelwels in the bathroom are the smallest and most worn out you will ever see.

The location is super, just behind the dunes so a short walk to the beach, but be prepared for a long climb up & down stairs to get onto the beach. The hotel was ok, the staff friendly but the room was small. We had a balcony & the weather was beautiful so that was great sitting there over looking the pools & watching the sunset behind the dunes. The bathroom is small & dark...why do hotels never have great lighting in the bathroom! Putting makeup on was a challenge! Breakfast was the usual buffet but plentiful & I was impressed that the staff baked me some gluten-free bread to order. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing! The food was unexciting sadly. The staff although friendly were not very efficient...we asked for Dutch menus twice only to repeatedly get German menus. When we asked for a second glass of prosecco they were brought to the table in to beer glasses & were told they had run out of glasses! OK so we got a good amount of prosecco but where is the attention to detail & the class! Maybe if the staff didn't stand around the cash register chatting & looking at their phones they could have washed up a couple of glasses! Very poor. I would stay again if I couldn't find anywhere else! This is the second disappointing stay in a Fletcher hotel so maybe this chain needs a shake up!

We go here every year because of the beautiful location at the bottom of the dunes. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. You do need to be in good shape because of the long and steep stairs to the beach. This time we booked directly with the hotel. This gave us a reasonably good room. If you book through a third party, you run the risk of getting a bad room. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Breakfast is fine with hot and cold dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good beds and the room was clean. During our previous visit, a year ago, I tripped over a hole in the pavement at the entrance. To my great surprise, the same hole was still there. We had the impression that the hotel would be renovated soon, which would not be a bad thing considering the state of maintenance and the dated interior.

Zoals voorheen bij andere Fletcher hotels (arrangementen), dit keer ook weer zeer tevreden. Leuke locatie, leuk hotel, lekker eten en iedereen zeer behulpzaam & vriendelijk. Hier kom je graag naar toe om eens lekker uit te rusten en zeker te genieten van gans de omgeving.

Hierbij onze beoordeling. - Online boeking : 09/10 - Fletcher Prijsgarantie: We vonden een interessanter arrangement bij nuwegexclusief.be. Goedkoper en gratis hoofdschotel. Fletcher Prijsgarantie compenseerde niet! 0/10 - Parking: Ruime gratis parking. 9/10 - Receptie: OK, jammer dat de man achter de balie moeilijk Nederlands sprak. 6/10 - Kamer: Gewone kamer geboekt maar suite gekregen. 10/10 - Kamer: Zeer zachte matrassen. 2 enkele bedjes tegen elkaar geschoven. Kastdeur beschadigd. Toilet in de badkamer nogal smalletjes. Badhanddoeken dun en met een gat in! Mooie leefruimte op de etage. Verwarming werkte maar zachtjes. 07/10 - Ontbijt: Zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Grote ontbijtruimte. Het was druk en rumoerig. 7/10 - Dinner: We hadden het Fletcher 3 gangen menu. Prijs kwaliteit 8/10. Dank je wel Chefs voor het lekkere eten! Bediening was wat minder. Engelstalig en wat minder professioneel. 7/10 - Receptie bij vertrek: Heel vlot en vriendelijk. 9/10 - Ondanks de minpunten was het een geslaagde mini vakantie. We komen zeker nog is terug!
