Customer service was a shining star for this property... Every single team member was welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were great, pool was nice too.

Room was good although there was hair in the sink. But what is it about Hilton hotels toilets??? They are probably the right height for people under 5 foot. This makes the second time we have stayed in a Hilton property and the toilet height was very low in each.
Breakfast left something to be desired. We arrived at about 7:30 am, and they were out of a lot of items. Chairs in the dining area were broken down, temperature was cold, and (I know, a minor point) many lights were out in the chandeliers in the dining area.

The property was convenient to the activity I attended but the room definitely needed some upgrades. The heater was noisy, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the pipes banged when someone upstairs was taking a shower.
The staff was awesome so this is mostly for the hotel need of upgrades.

Our first night at around 10 pm someone decided to pull the fire alarm. For a Hampton we were somewhat disappointed at the furnishings. For some reason there was a light only on one side of the bed.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pool. The hot tub was not operational (I think it wasn't usuable in December as well), and the water temperature was a bit cool.

The fire alarm went off at 3AM and the night clerk was no where to be found. she was eventually found sleeping.

TV had a blue hue, told staff multiple times and they did nothing to correct it. It was very frustrating and annoying when trying to watch tv. We paid a decent amount to stay at this hotel and couldnt even get a working tv. They pool was also not working.
