The worst place Ive ever been! Obvious drug users there. No tv remotes. Terrible bed ! I had to leave, I couldn’t stay in such a terrible place!

This is a well-used hotel in need of a lot TLC. As such, it is one step above a worker's dormitory. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The bathtub was stained. The lighting is horrible--too bright in the hallways and too dim in the rooms. Paint had chipped off the walls in the room. The bathroom fixtures were ancient and the bathroom vanity was pulling away from the wall. It looked like someone had taken a crow bar to the door frame to the entrance to the 2nd floor stairwell. The hotel exuded low rent, with the owners doing the minimum amount maintenance. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist was polite and efficient. I would never, ever stay here again.

We were booked to spend three nights at this hotel. We checked in and went up to our room - it had not been cleaned, there was no towels, no sheets/bedding, no toilet paper and the biggest thing was there was no air conditioning. The elevator is super slow. The front desk staff did not tell us that the air conditioner was not working when we checked in. The only good thing that happened was that the front desk person cancelled our reservation and refunded us without having to argue about it. This place is sketchy at best!

A complete dive. No TV service, No cleaning, no laundry, fraudulent activity occurs at the office. Stayed three weeks agreed to thirty-three a night. Next week came down and raised fee to fifty a night for this hole! No warning, no email, just stuck my card in for a embezzlement lesson. When I confronted the manager on all the issues and fraudulent activity, she kicks me out.... BECAUSE THIS GROUP OF DIRT BAGS KNOW THAT THEY ARE CROOKED.

The front desk with held my deposit for days because I didn't like the hotel. There was hair in my bathroom the chair in the room was covered in stains. I had no hot water because the handle for the tub was broken and the front desk tipped some sketchy guys staying down the hallway from me that "she didn't know me" I think they were selling *****. I left the next day I called back a week later and they hadn't even start the refund of my deposit.... They said they would send me a screenshot of the refund but never did and they didn't answer the phone when I called back....

They are remodeling anddidnt have any extras but the beds are comfortable and the staff helpful. The room is clean with large fridge and microwave but no stove. Once in a while could smell cicarettes or *********, and occasionally heard tv and talking next door but the price was good and we were comfortable

I wish I could give zero stars. After waiting for 20 minutes to check in, this self described "pet friendly" hotel tells us that THEY DON'T TAKE CATS. I can't even begin to describe how angry I am that not only is the website WRONG, but they kept us waiting for that long with nobody behind the desk just to be turned away. Highly suggest the Extended Stay America across the street, don't give this shoddy location any of your time, business, or attention. Waste of time.

I booked and prepaid through ******* for a one night stay. I arrived at this hotel on August 22nd at 10:30 pm only to find out that the office was closed. When I called the number left on the office door the man answering the phone said that their system was down and there was nothing he could do for me. He then said that I should contact ******* and ask them to help me out! Stay away from this crummy so-to-speak hotel.

The lady at the desk was delightful but this place is so dirty and disgusting. I wasn't even comfortable walking on the floor in my room without my shoes on. They don't seem to ever do a deep clean of their carpets. The beds were doubles and not Queens. The AC didn't work on any of the other floors except the first. We stripped our beds and pretty much found some stains. I don't recommend. They also didn't have anybody to check ppl in after a certain time and I wasn't able to request new sheets so we bought some from Walmart. We chose not to stay for the second night. The guy at the desk mentioned he would let the manager know about the stains on the bed but I'm pretty sure they already know. I expect them to do nothing about it....you get what you pay for.
