I had a wonderful experience at La Quinta Inn, 8701 Turnpike Dr, Westminster. The full hot breakfast was absolutely excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful, making the stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Westminster!

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF DON'T WANT BED BUGS. This is the absolute WORST motel I have ever stayed in my entire life, not only for quality of our stay but ability complete dismissal on the managerial staffs behalf. When we checked in we were placed on the first floor in a dirty room ( shower was dirty, carpet was dirty, and bed sheets/pillowcases were dirty), and there rats in the parking lot running rampant. We went to sleep at around 10pm, and out of sheer luck I woke up at 2am only to look down and see BED BUG on my sheets crawling toward me. I immediately killed it, took pics and brought it to the front desk, requesting the rest of our stay be cancelled. The front desk person was very helpful and proceeded to let me know that the two days we hadn't stayed there would be refunded in 3-5 business days, but to get a refund for the night we stayed there we had to contact the manager @ her email. Of course I emailed her right away stating the situation. At this point it has BEEN TWO WEEKS. I've called the front desk 7x, of which 5 of those times were after 3pm M-F which is the time I was told the manager would be there, and I emailed 3x, with ZERO response. I even reached out to the La Quintas overarching customer service with ZERO help. *******, who i booked through, has also not been able to contact the manager. I don't even know if the manager exists at this point, but if you don't want a dirty hotel, bed bugs crawling on you, and a MIA manager DON'T STAY HERE. It isn't worth the hassle.

First room was filthy. Second room was filthy and all bedding was on the floor. The 3rd room bed was made but passable on clean by this time I was to tired to even argue it. They still charge me for the room .they should be ashamed of how dirty this hotel was. They should refund my money .expiration tried they refused to refund. But see attached photos the first room had filthy beds not our socks .see second room the bedding thrown on floor.

Worst room/inn experience I’ve ever had. This is the shadiest inn/hotel I’ve ever been to I never knew a La Quinta could be this bad. I had to request a refund for the remaining five days I had booked, but the staff started acting shady and beating around the bush, saying only the "manager" could process the refund, and where was that manager? "oh, he is not here till 3pm," they say. "oh, he isn't available at the moment" "oh , you have to call the bank you booked the room with" It’s been a month, and there has been no response or comment from the manager at all. Even my bank requested a refund and still no respond. The room reeked of smoke, the toilet had brown grime, the tub was barely clean and extremely aged, and there was still trash left in the garbage bins. The towels had several small red spots on them, the drawers had white dirt in it; I didn’t feel comfortable putting anything in them (as shown in the pictures). The beds were so dented and uncomfortable that you’ll wake up with back pain. Outside, you could see homeless people rummaging through the garbage cans near the entrance. The driveway had massive potholes, the pool was green and filthy clearly abandoned and the metal stair railings were rusted in several places. This place seems like it’s only used by people in very, very dire circumstances- those who have no other option for shelter.

This property is generally filthy. The 1st room we saw reeked and the window was broken. The second room had a large hole in the wall, patches everywhere and a filthy carpet. We cancelled immediately. I called and emailed - with pictures. Days later I received a poorly written email that said hotel records showed I had stayed so no refund. After years of positive experiences at LaQuinta, I will now be more wary.
