Typical premier inn. Good value. Polite friendly greeting from staff. Odd location but surprisingly quiet. Nice to have a bath. No air conditioning. No view but not expected given location. Ample free parking. Let down by Beefeater for breakfast as not that good.

Absolutely terrible stay we wont be staying again, the rooms were so hot it was uncomfortable. We were given a fan but it was too noisy to leave running through the night and the road noise was awful it was like being on a race track. Not one person slept well, it was a very unpleasant experience had by all, we had to leave the room early as noone could sit in there any longer.

I had an excellent few days stay here, all the staff were absolutely great. Special thank you to Mike who went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a different room - it was not an easy fix due to the group booking however he spent time and effort to move me, plus helped me move my luggage. Really was appreciated. Nice staff next door in the Beefeater too, all round it was a good experience.

From the moment we checked in everything about the staff and hotel was first class. We were treated to a birthday package in our ground floor room on arrival, this was a delightful touch and well received. Breakfasts were first class in quantity and quality The evening dinner on the last night (Sunday) rounded off our visit perfectly All staff members were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The ground floor room was quiet, clean and could not be faulted I recommend booking a table for both breakfast and dinner

Mike and Kate on reception , great team , good to see happy smiley faces for a change after a long day. Went above and beyond and was very helpful . I stay in lots of premier inns with my line of work and have never left a review but these 2 deserved to be mentioned

Lots of noise, the door from the stairs continually banged and squeaked. The customer service was poor when I raised the issue. Doors and drink was good, the location and parking was spot on. In the 4 nights I stayed I had maximum 4 hours continual sleep.

Brilliant stay here for 6 nights, staff were brilliant and helpful, best one yet we have stayed at and we do use them regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the bed was the best night sleep we have had in the Premier inn. 10 out of 10

Only stayed here a night. But possibly the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a premier inn. We were placed in a room quite some distance away from reception.. sadly this was on the front on the building near that road.. The noise of the road was horrendous! Secondary glazing didn’t help at all. Was a sunny day so expect more motorcycles than normal.: but cars were just as loud..
