We stayed here for 4 nights in November The hotel was good for what we paid for our stay with half board. The room was warm. And had tea and coffee milk.. The food was good.. The staff were very helpful and friendly !! We went by car and it was great we could park outside the hotel as I have a disabled badge.. We went on the train to Cardiff to visit the Christmas market on one of the days. We used the bus to go round the coastal line. Overall, we had a few nice days away at this hotel... Thank You

Only stayed one night at this hotel to pay a surprise visit to relatives who were staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, managing to get me a room close to relatives, even ‘fitting me in’ for evening meal and breakfast! My room was lovely. Spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed with clean fresh linen and an ample bathroom with a supply of fluffy white towels. It was spotlessly clean and had well stocked tea and coffee making facilities. The food was of a good standard and served hot and promptly by friendly and helpful staff. The location to shops, pier and beach couldn’t be better. The evening entertainment was great and a well engaged audience enjoyed a fun evening. I wished I could have stayed here longer. I will definitely stay here again. Karen Cox Bristol

Writing this on behalf of my mum who visited 25th April A single ground floor was requested On arrival mum was given a room when she went in it hadn’t been cleaned reception couldn’t apologise enough and said two cleaners had walked out She was then given a room on the fourth floor which was fine The only thing was the lift had an iron gate which mum ( age93 ) found a bit difficult Food was fine staff very helpful and entertainment every night On the last night the manager announced that the hotel had just been bought and was due for refurbishment She thanked everyone for being understanding Mum had a lovely holiday and the bonus was the lovely weather After this feedback from my mum l do think Daishes should not have offered this holiday until refurbishment had been done to their standard

Myself and three girlfriends have just come back from a Daish's holiday. We all enjoyed our stay at the Sandringham. Its not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices. Our rooms were clean and refurbished with tea, coffee and milk daily. We all enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners all the food came out hot and certainly we had no complaints. Entertainment was good each evening we all enjoy a dance, drinks a reasonable price. Great atmosphere with the entertainment. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the waiting staff were kept busy bringing out the food and were always very pleasant, and Chris in the bar who was great fun and helpful. We enjoyed going to Bristol, Cheddar Gorge and Burnham on Sea all very easy to access from Weston Super Mare. For the money we paid we could not fault a thing. Hopefully we can book another Daish's soon.

Went 20yrs ago, and hasn't changed. Discussing place. Supposed to be having a refurb, Where!!!!! As soon as you go through door is OLD. The So called Food isn't fit to eat. The room we stayed in was so small like staying with your Grandmother house. We were placed at back, looking into other people's flats. GLAD to get home. The Brochure tells lies.

Staed at the Sandringham beginning of March with a coach trip. The location must be the best location for a hotel in Weston. The hotel itself is a bit dated small cramped rooms. It was clean and tidy. The food however was a different matter. It was cold, not a great choice, toast was burnt black. Also it was like a maze with very steep stairs. Would I stay there again - probably yes but would go to Wetherspoons to eat.

A nice hotel, the waiting staff were the stars of this particular Daishs hotel because there didn't appear to be any obvious sign of management. Our room and bathroom were compact, which was fine, but as we were in room 115, people in the street outside has a grandstand view of our room meaning the blackout curtains needed to be pulled whenever we were in the room, some inexpensive net curtains would be the answer to this. Breakfast was the best meals of the day as the evening meals were so basic. All that said, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
