The hotel's prime location near a serene beach and village offers relaxation and exploration. Guests appreciated the spacious, clean rooms, cozy beds, and balconies. The exceptional, friendly staff provided great service.

I loved the location. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms clean and comfortable. The thermal suites are too busy. The spa itself was gorgeous and the treatments are relaxing. The price of the rooms are overpriced for what you get. The breakfast is average and having to pay a €5 supplement for pancakes or poached eggs is laughable given that the cost of the stay. The bar food was terrible. I had what can only be described as salmon swimming in watery soup on top of an overcooked boxty.

To say the the staff here are excellent is just an understatement we had the gorgeous Nailton advising us on the food and he was spot on and Julia is above professional lovely hotel but my only crib was we had to move room 3 times due to us getting a room with a balcony and a gale was blowing in 2 of the rooms we just asked for a room with no balcony again staff at reception were excellent

For what the hotel offers it is way overpriced. I had heard it was an outstanding hotel but what we seen was far from that. Bar food and staff were nice but reception could do better. The biggest let down for us was the rooms. We paid for a dulux balcony room but it was so basic. Balcony has absolutely no privacy from our neighbors, the tv was not a smart tv so had very little options and as we were traveling with a newborn it was something we missed out on in the evening to chill out. No fridge was also an issue as we had milk for the baby. In he-insight these are things we could have and should have checked I would expect a hotel with a 4 star rating to have these as standard. The hotel is nice and staff were 50/50 some amazing some not so much but the rooms were a massive let down.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. On arrival the hotel really wows! Reception area is beautiful and the surrounding landscaping is stunning with lovely palms and ferns setting the scene. Check in was smooth and staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed as a couple on the slowcation deal with meals included. Before we could check in to our amazing balcony room ( which had a great sea view) we went for our included lunch in the bar. The bar itself is really nice and has a relaxed atmosphere. However, the menu for the inclusive stay was not wonderful and the vegan curry arrived only barely luke warm whilst my wife's chicken was dried out and not very nice. It also cost 7euro extra for a handful of sweet potato fries. Be warned of extra costs outside the menu like 5euro pp extra for small pancakes at breakfast! Having said that, these are literally my only negative comments about our stay. Dinner was incredible and as a vegan, they went above and beyond to accomodate any requests and dinner was really tasty. The waiting staff were also really friendly and had a great sense of humour too! We enjoyed the evening stroll to the beach, through a lovely private woodland, the beach is quite stony but had a nice view all the same. The spa is also superb, it wasn't too busy and everything from the staff, facilities and tranquil vibe is top notch! It is a fantastic experience and you instantly feel relaxed and cut off from the outside world! The aromatherapy steam room and outdoor pool were highlights for us and again the beautiful trees and plants on view outside every window really enhance the experience. We had a brilliant night away and I highly recommend a stay on this package in a balcony room. Thanks Seafield we will definitely return :)

For the package i paid for i really expected more, dinner was included in the package but when we got our menu it was an €8 supplement each for the beef which i thought was abit much. when i booked the table at resaurant online i told them it was for a birthday and i expected a candle on a cake or some sort of acknowledgment but got nothing. The next morning for breakfast was the deal breaker for me thats when i knew i wont be coming back here. Breakfast included in the package also, when asked would i like tea or coffee i requested a cappucino and an americano and was told i would have to pay exta and was handed the bill. we had our breakfast eaten before the coffee arrived with no milk or spoon. i asked for a glass of orange juice was also told for extra orange there will be a charge. you should seriously consider redoing the extra supplement. i paid alot of money for one night bed, breakfast and evening meal i did not appreciate all the hidden extra costs. the room was standard had a nice balcony and a nice big bed but the room was roasting like you couldnt even breath in it it was that warm but i found a fan hidden in the wardrobe and was able to use that. The walk to the private entrance to the beech is a hidden gem and the gardens around the hotel were well kept and very pretty. staff were all very kind and friendly.

I brought my mam to seafield for her birthday this weekend and we just mentioned it to the lady when checking in. Her name was sarah at reception. We had a fabulous time using the spa facilities and a lovely dinner where two of the waitresses came down with a surprise birthday candle and cake singing happy birthday for my mam. I hadn’t asked for this but we figured out Sarah at reception had! 10/10 for the staff!! So lovely!!

We stayed at Seafield for the first time last weekend and overall, it was a really lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were delighted to find a balcony in our room – perfect for enjoying the sun. We had dinner and drinks in the bar and were really impressed. The cocktails were gorgeous, and the food was delicious. We had the soup to start, followed by a goat’s cheese pizza for me and a burger for my partner – both mains were excellent. A lovely and thoughtful touch was when the staff brought out a “Congratulations” plate for my partner’s new job. It was so kind of them to remember, and it really made the evening feel special. We shared the cheese plate for dessert, which unfortunately was the only letdown. For €22, we were expecting more variety and quality. Two of the three cheeses were smoky and tasted like basic supermarket cheeses. There was no explanation of what the cheeses were either, and we even saw the same cheeses on the breakfast buffet the next morning, which didn’t feel right given the premium price. Speaking of breakfast, while the buffet was okay, we felt the options were a bit limited. Also, it was disappointing to find there was an extra charge for anything beyond tea or brewed coffee – I had to pay extra for a cappuccino, which didn’t feel fair after already paying a reasonable amount for the stay. We used the thermal suites after breakfast and found them incredibly relaxing. Aisling in the spa was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We also took the walk to the private beach after checkout, which was absolutely stunning – a real highlight of the trip. Overall, we had a fantastic time and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We’re already planning to return at the end of the summer, but we do hope to see an improvement in the breakfast offering and a rethink on the cheese plate value. These small changes would really elevate the experience!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife as part of a Christmas gift from family. Thermal suites were lovely with plenty of room and in a tranquil setting. Dinner was included on 1 evening which was suberb to be fair. Things went down hill from there.Got up on the first morning and had a sore back didn't think much of it, went to get a shower and no hot water available. I didn't bring it to anyone attention at this point. Got up on the second morning and my back was worse and again no hot water. At this point I was frustrated. Checked the bed and to my amazement the mattress was turn upside down with the topper on the base. We had slept on an upside down mattress for 2 nights and had no hot water either. I was fuming considering all the hype about the hotel. I brought it to the attention of reception staff at check out bug didn't feel they were to bothered. I was told a note would be made of we would be looked after the next time we come back. No offer of a voucher or anything. And to make things worse I got a phone call about 3 hrs after we had checked out from the hotel enquiring had we checked out.. If a note had been left about our issues with the room they would have known we had checked out so I'm sure there will be nothing done.. For the price of the stay I expected alot more but was left with nothing but cold showers and a sore back. I won't be back again
