Best place to stay in Weymouth. Right across the road from the seafront, loads of parking, just far away enough from the centre to be quieter and easy to come and go in the car and walking. Pleasant helpful staff and after a great hot shower a comfy bed to rest after getting the bus to Lulworth Cove and walking back to the hotel. We’ll be back!

The Premier Inn itself was adequate but the adjoining restaurant was terrible. It was a cold night & inside the restaurant was freezing --- everybody was eating in their overcoats. As requested we stood at the entrance desk to be seated & nobody came to see us for over 10 minutes. There was only one person behind the bar both serving drinks & taking food orders (not very efficiently) meaning a wait of, at least ,20 minutes. The food when it eventually came was semi-cold tasteless pap. Half way through the meal I wanted another drink but this would have incurred another 20 min. wait --- I didn't bother with the drink as this would mean a totally cold meal. The hotel is OK but avoid the restaurant.

General stay was as you’d expect. We were disappointed however that when we requested two additional pillows (4 of us were in the family room), that we couldn’t have any as the hotel was fully booked & 6 pillows for 4 people is already excessive.

The room was clean tidy and comfortable The bathroom however the sink was blocked and the shower screen didn't fit causing water to spill out onto the floor the shower screen seemed to be put on the wrong way round with the handle on the inside by the hinges

Arrived on first day and handed key card to room. When we got to the room it was extremely cold and we couldn’t get the heater to work. Went back to the reception and they said they could turn the heating on from there. Heating still didn’t come on so they moved us to another room. Heating came on so happy days as I thought the issue was sorted. Myself and my son then walked into town and on the way back got caught in a rainstorm. We got back to our room and the heating was off and room again bitterly cold. Went to the office again and was told the heating is on economy mode and it was being controlled by the office not the panel in the room. It is ridiculous when I was told if the heating goes off in the middle of the night to go and see them in the office. So they expect me at 2am to get redressed to ask for heating like it’s some kind of third world country. I was woken in the early hours as I was cold. This is not acceptable. On top of this the room was very tired enamel missing in the toilet so was going rusty. Bath was discoloured. In the morning we went for breakfast and coffee machines were both out of beans. There were numerous items that had ran out on the buffet breakfast and by this stage I couldn’t be bothered to keep asking. This is not what you expect when staying at a Premier Inn.

The hotel offered a reasonable price, prompting me to book a one-night stay, as our time in the city was limited. Upon arrival, a brief wait ensued as only one young lady was handling the reception desk, amidst others. The receptionist, though, proved to be friendly and helpful. Regrettably, both the corridor and my room were not clean. The only redeeming aspect was the acceptable state of the bed. Upon entering the room, I discerned a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, presumably from the previous occupant, a heavy smoker. Meals were served at a nearby pub, where we booked for both dinner and breakfast. The dinner experience was commendable, but breakfast left much to be desired with dirty plates and glasses, overshadowing the quality of the food. In summary, the hotel's and pub's cleanliness was poor, but other aspects were satisfactory.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, the hotel is always clean, comfy beds & good parking, unfortunately, on this occasion we noticed housekeeping was very understaffed, so we *****ped our bed to help out, but noticed that the duvet was badly stained, which was very unhygienic!

Can recommend Premier Inn Weymouth. Amenities as they should have been. But the people make the difference. Friendly welcome and happy to deal with any request. The hotel was locted at the end of the beach, but was a great walk along the seafrount and away from noise.

Arrived to have to wait staff didn’t even look up from there computers! Took approx 10mins then they decided to start checking us in then said oh no go to the other member of staff! Ok might be busy but just a heads up to let us no it will take alittle while! Then are room bed very high and very lumpy uncomfortable! Never had this before in a premier inn! Then the noise kids running up and down till 1am and then again at 5am sounded like a heard of elephants and bashing and crashing all night went to reception in the morning for the lady to laugh at me, I don’t feel that this is very good to be laughed at when your trying to tell them you haven’t had any sleep! Then Iam handed a card to and told to make a complaint online wow amazing staff!
