Excellent staff, needs new mattresses Staff was amazing. Couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Facility felt safe. Nice location. Mattress, however, was very old. It just sunk when you laid down. Could barely sleep. Sofa mattress was even worse. These need replaced asap.

The hotel seemed to be recently updated. The person checking you in was a little beside himself and overwhelmed with all the incoming of people check in at the same time. No hot breakfast was told morning person did not show up to prepare that.

Friendly staff and a clean hotel. Good stay.My kids were disappointed that the pancake maker was broken for the breakfast. The shower was okay very low water pressure. Overall a good sta.

RENOVATIONS❗️ Renovations, so we had vapors and fumes, Noise and pounding all day til 5:30-6PM Lots of scraping as well. Elevator being worked on too.

I would prefer not to be given a handicapped fixed room if booking late night or last minute. Sometimes I want to enjoy myself taking a bath and in the handicapped fixed rooms that is not an option.

Hotel was in the middle of a upgrade of there rooms and even through all of that the staff was excellent with all the stress of trying to take care of everyday business. Will be back again.

GirlOnTheRun Great friendly service. One complaint is the hair dryer is dirty and gummy. All else is super clean so I almost hate to mention but it is an issue.

AAA+++ loved it clean comfy bed nice hotel w Texas Roadhouse right next door. Breakfast was very good coffee anytime nice touch. Highly recommend
