This hotel isn't ideal for families traveling with children. The holiday prices are outrageously high, the front desk staff's attitude was mediocre, and the hotel facilities are outdated and in need of renovation.

Stayed at the Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa for one night during a ski trip. The location is great and very convenient to the gondolas, but overall the experience felt just okay. The room was fine, but nothing really stood out for the price.

Good Location. Just in the middle of the Village. You can access directly from the Hotel backdoor to access to shop an restaurant. Just 3 minutes walk to Excalibur Gondola.We stay for 1 night, 1st day we arrived the weather was perfect but on the second day rainy whole day. Overall is a good stay for us.

The receptionists, bellboy, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Location is centralized - just few steps from the Whistler village and gondola. Summit sport was right there - easy to rent and valet the skis/snowboards. The spa was amazing. Cameron is good at what he does. The hot tubs and heated pool were my kids highlight. We enjoyed it esp after a long day of skiing/boarding. Parking is safe - easy and convenient to load and offload. Would love to come back again!
