No service.
The safety box is low battery,asked to fix,no one came and fixed till check out.
Some of the lights not work.
No clean in room.
Won't stay again and not recommend.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the valet service. Coffee is unexpectedly good using fresh brew instead of capsules. Good location with quick access to the ski lifts whilst not close to the bars. Hot tubs are excellent for skiers to relax.

Pan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.

I bought Valet parking for $38 when I checked in. It was necessary. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ski area. Many people wear boots.
