one of the best locations possible in the village and overall nice hotel but odd bed configuration (mind the sharp corners on the floor), very basics such as a bottle of water for free or some slippers to go to the pool are not included, and some facilities where closed for maintenance

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Whistler in early September, during the tail end of summer. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated near the main gondola to Blackcomb Mountain and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs. The soundproof windows did a great job of blocking any noise from nearby bars, ensuring a peaceful stay. The suite was well-appointed, featuring a full kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals. A delightful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture from the hotel for our honeymoon. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality, and I would gladly choose to stay at Pan Pacific again on a future visit.

Very satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!

Our stay was good but it would’ve been nice to know the hotel was undergoing construction. We drove up to scaffolding and tarps. The workers we doing macenary work outside which affected us using the outdoor hot tub. I room upgrade would have been nice for the inconvenience.
