The balcony is dirty, can tell it hasn’t clean for a couple of years, the air conditioner is not working well, the body soap in bathroom is empty to zero!  I gave 5 stars 3 years ago but I am totally disappointed this time.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with cooking facilities, and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff provided excellent service, being incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the delicious complimentary snacks. Plus, there's a charming little stream right by the hotel, perfect for taking photos.
