But I clearly received the booking confirmation email from trip.com The hotel front desk staff was impatient and unfriendly. In the end, they let me check in, but I don't understand why the staff had such a work attitude. The hotel facilities are new and clean, you can cook, it is clean and hygienic, and it is worth staying.

Super five-star praise! The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has floor heating! The kitchen and washing machine are all available. The large glass window in the living room allows you to see the snow outside! The balcony view is also very pleasing to the eye! I really like hot tube too! It is definitely suitable for families with elderly and children!

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is very good and meets our family's needs for travel. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the supermarket is convenient, and the kitchen facilities are also very good. There is a hot spring pool downstairs, which is great!
