Days Inn by Wyndham Helen ★★
"The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance to the city. From here, you can walk to a trailhead and enjoy a stroll through the forest. It's best to drive into town. The breakfast is standard, the rooms are clean, and there's a kettle, microwave, and everything you need."
Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars ★★★
Alpine Valley Inn ★★
"Room had a bad smell. TV had no reception. Room and entire exterior was run down. Not worth what I paid, maybe worth $50 per night."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites HELEN by IHG ★★★
"Good stay"
Unicoi State Park & Lodge ★★★
"Very disappointed to see Unicoi now operating as a cash cow and not putting the money they are making into fixing things. They want almost $65-$70 a night for a camping spot with no full hookups. They want an additional $10 per vehicle per stay. If you want to rent a kayak it’s an astronomical $25 PER HOUR for crappy Sun dolphins. The dock for fishing is roped off and falling apart. The visitor center and store used to have stuff for the kids like ping pong tables but they are now gone and the store barely has anything in it. The fields were not mowed so no playing there, and The bathrooms are the smallest showers ever so the curtain touches you the whole time. Not to mention my husband saw the same shirt tag on the floor every day he went in there…. ♀️"
Helendorf River Inn, Suites & Conference Center ★★
Valhalla Resort Hotel ★★★★
Riverbend Motel & Cabins ★★
"Very nice and good location and very clean inside and outside"
Baymont by Wyndham Helen ★★
"It waa okay the entire stay."

Quality Inn
"Location that is no longer traveling. The facilities were not enough, but the quality of the bed was satisfactory."
Econo Lodge
"I reserved a smoking room. When we arrived, we were put in a non-smoking room. There was trash on the floor behind the bathroom door and under the edge of the bed (visible from across the room). The sink stopper could not be removed, so water stayed in the sink making it unusable. There was no water going to the toilet, so it couldn't be flushed. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. The door got stuck every time it was closed. It was impossible to open it with one hand. It didn't have any trash on the floor, but it had some kind of bugs in the bed (bed bugs, maybe?), and we woke up with bites on all exposed skin."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Helen, GA
"Easy check in"
