We stayed 1 night to break up a long journey. Excellent location right at Taunton Deane Services. Check in was quick and easy, room was large with double bed and single bed for our 9 year old. It was clean and warm perfect for us. Will definitely use again

Wifi not working in the location. When asked for help nothing was done. Customer service here is very poor. The front desk is always close, no one to attend to customers. We won't stay in this hotel again.

The uncle at the front desk was very nice and gave me a family room to stay in for one night on the way. The hotel was very old, but there were not many options nearby at that time.
