Room was okay, blinds were broken so we woke up early with the sun. The hot items on the breakfast bar were not kept properly.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The rooms were very clean and well kept. They had a very nice outdoor area for people to sit at. We did not use the pool or fitness room but both looked well kept. Breakfast was great as well, great variety of food to choose from.

Only thing did like was the pool water was super cold and it had too much chlorine. Kids couldn’t be there more than 30 mins without crying or coughing because of the chlorine. Never stayed in a hotel that the water was so cold, it was almost to freezing cold. Not sure if the heater wasn’t working or is always like that.

1st stay Im an over the road truck driver and decided to treat myself. The young man who greeted me wa so very nice and helpful as i was having issues with the TV and he was more then happy to help and got it working.

The front desk was really nice and the rooms were clean, but the room had a few minor issues. The tv remote originally wasn’t working, so we had to request for a replacement. We ended up needing to call a support number due to being unable to connect to the WiFi. The standard WiFi was not the greatest, so I tried to upgrade to the premium one but nobody seemed to know to do that, so I gave up on that. Housekeeping did replace the bottles that were out of lotion while we were there. I inquired about 3 times that the dishwasher was not turning on but nobody was ever sent up. The breakfast was ok for what it was. Overall, the experience was just ok. Will probably opt for staying somewhere else if I have to be in the area again in the future.
