Gas Grill is provided with propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store. Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that seats 7 plus Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heater is $100/wk. Hot Tub Heat is optional for an additional $100/wk (total of $200 if you would like both) Dogs allowed with approval, and there is a $150 additional pet fee.
