All and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.

Served the purpose of a one night refresh but.......the pool was closed & was told it's being filled. Boxed up equipment around the pool area, even vending machines boxed up next to ice machines. Not too pleased with that but the great service & good breakfast helped ease that!

The Breakfast was great. The room was amazing. The only complaint I have is in the picture the hotel has a hot tub but it does NOT have a hot tub super disappointed.

Booked an accessible room, didn’t get it. Gave us a room key and when we opened the door, the room was already occupied (here in Kansas, that could have been literally deadly). Absolutely no water pressure.

The room was described to me at the front desk as newly renovated. However, upon entering, I noticed it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and lingering drying paint fumes. The smell suggested the renovation was not recent, likely completed more than 6 months ago. The shower featured two glass sliding doors; the main door used to enter and exit required two hands to operate and was difficult to slide smoothly even then. The secondary door, located near the toilet, kept sliding open unexpectedly, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast offered was minimal and barely satisfactory. Considering the overall experience and the value for the price, I recommend choosing another location for better quality accommodation.

The hotel is in the midst of remodeling. They did give us a brand new room which was nice but you had to walk through the demolition to get to it but all in all it was good

Better tv or more clear instructions on use with personal streaming or at least a list of channels. Staff was GREAT!! Room was comfy clean and beds were comfy. Excellent stay!

Under renovation. It will be better when it's finished. Good place to stay.

Our room was next to the indoor swimming pool which was open until 11pm and loud. There was no toilet paper in room when we arrived and had to ask for some, the vtought one roll for a room of 3 people. It was clean enough and staff friendle.
