Candlewood Suites WICHITA EAST by IHG

Everything was great. No issues at all. Will come back next time in in town.

Stayed here for a week. Room had everything i needed and was clean. Pool was nice. I liked the pool table in the lobby and the free coffee 24/7. Only negative is they dont clean the room or replenish towels. They did it 1x in the whole week.

TV did not work in room and maintenance staff had already left. No solution and no offer for consideration or compensation for a major inconvenience.

Couldn't get wifi until we became loyalty members, room wasn't cleaned great, hair in bath tub, and food crumbs on couch and even on the room phone. Staff was great and tried their best!!! But we didn't get the room we ordered and didn't get reimbursed for the mistake either.

Nice and clean hotel centrally located with easy access to Ks 54-400. Would definitely stay in again.

We were in a 2 bedroom suite that had plenty of space and a nice layout. The beds were super comfy. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked well-stocked. Love the free coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby. The a/c worked great. The pool table in the lobby was nice to have. We also liked the lending locker that had cards, and board games.

Horrible smell to the property and it caused my allergies to flare up. I tried to check out and switch hotels and ******* refused to refund them payment to cancel additional nights.

I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand.

Wonderful.... miss sunny is simply the best... she cares about the people who stay there
