Comfort Inn & Suites Wichita Northeast

I was given the wrong room , I had two full size beds not 2 Queen and had no TV or internet.

There was a long wait to check in with no one to help. Tv didn't work after it was turned off . Weak wifi ...phone didn't work so you had to go to the desk to get them to fix the tv. Over al a 5 out of 10 at best.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

The street people have broken the door latches on many doors into the building and amenities so they can have access whenever.

I don’t think the bed sheets had been washed, although they did provide a fresh set. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel this was the best experience overall, and I personally wouldn’t highly recommend staying here if safety is important to you. I gave it three stars because the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom and sheets were clean. But the room smelled like mold/mildew and had water spots everywhere on the ceiling. The bathtub didn’t drain, and the water pressure was horrible. I had a paper sitting out on the table and it was curled by morning, there was so much moisture in the air. They were frequently out of breakfast items, and had to go to the front desk to request more forks and spoons. The water in the lobby was also frequently low or out, and they didn’t replace it when we requested more. The room was quiet, and the front desk staff were friendly.

The A/C didn't work and although the maintenance man looked at it and he said, "The unit is very dirty and would get to it the next day.

Clean-staff was prompt-friendly- Pool and hot tub need cleaned and more chemicals added more frequently.

The room felt cozy and accommodating. The black out curtains were a nice touch. The night shift lobby clerk was very friendly and came and checked on a concern of ours. The indoor/outsoor pool was amazing. Hot tubs are my favorite and it was very relaxing but was slightly too hot! Overall it’s my new favorite hotel!
