Hotel Villa Klemm - Wiesbaden City Reviews

The receptionist was friendly, and the breakfast selection was wonderful with many options to choose from. I appreciated the free tea and coffee dispenser available all day. However, some parts of the room clearly need upgrading, as there were missing tiles in the bathroom. Additionally, the room had no air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Was not an extremely pleasant stay. Could hear squeaking sound in midnight. Bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast was appreciated.

My window is towards inside of the hotel, I can see the yard and it was very beautiful and nice.

The price/performance ratio is very good. It's a B&B. It's a century-old house. It's very clean. The family is very polite. Breakfast is freshly made every day. Stayed for several days in a row. There is a hot spring park next to it

Nettes drei Sterne Hotel,Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich habe nur den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vermisst, was allerdings bei einem drei Sterne Hotel keine Pflicht ist. Das Frühstück wirklich super ,alles mit Liebe hergestellt…..schone Auswahl… Der Preis war mit knapp 60 € inklusive Frühstück top . Ich komme wieder

Den 3 Sternen entsprechendes Hotelzimmer. Das Hotel bietet ein außergewöhnliches Frühstücksangebot ( selbstgekochte Marmeladen, Granola ( so so lecker), Kuchen, Ingwer Shot, Laugenkringel mit Körnern, …). Den hoteleigenen Parkplatz in der Garage für 15€ pro Tag finde ich in Ordnung.

I would definetely recomend it and price is worth it. Everything in this hotel was positive in my experience. Starting from the checkin with a kind lady. The room pretty big and clean, bed ok and a big heater to keep the room warm. Breakfast very good with variety of sweet and salty. ADVISE: if you go by car and you will use it during the day, its not so necesary to book the hotel parking cos you can find some free-parking spots quite close, just up the same road. And from 21 to 9 you can Park also just next to the Door of the hotel.

My highest recommendation for the Hotel Klemm! It feels more like a stately, but funky home, very welcoming. We had a lovely room, it was quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was great, too! The location is perfect for walking into the center of Wiesbaden, the park, etc.

Well photographed does not necessarily make a good hotel. Here it is more attractive in the pictures than in reality. Sprucing up an outdated building with a bit of modern style does not disguise the facts. The room was OK at first glance, but then there was an unpleasantly dirty pillow inside, an uncomfortable bed, a dusty magnifying mirror in the bathroom, a towel rail for the bath towel that was mounted much too high, a shower curtain... well, reddish-orange discoloration in the corners of the shower wall, dirt in the joints of the shower floor tiles, reddish-orange discoloration in the sink, dusty dirt on the floor behind the toilet, an unpleasant smell that hits you just before you get to the breakfast room. At the breakfast buffet, food that is not properly protected with covers, stuffed half hard-boiled eggs that must have been from quite early in the morning, an uninviting table with cups and milk next to a coffee machine, tables that no one has cleared. And an underground car park with a narrow entrance to another level; you need to have a good eye for it to get out without a scratch. When we pocketed the entry ticket, the second driver wanted to drive in right after us, BUT the roller door kept going down towards the hood. So the car had to be reversed uphill very quickly to avoid any damage. All in all, the stay was disappointing.

A year ago everything was great...but now there is chaos at reception, it was not possible to communicate over the phone about the occupancy of the rooms before our stay. On top of that, we ended up with an incorrect, overly high bill - unfortunately the change of ownership has had a very negative impact!!!

There are huge differences in prices. When I asked about it, I was told that this was completely normal! The same room costs between 75 euros and 200 euros - be careful! I stayed for 2 nights - the room was forgotten to be cleaned! Lavish breakfast buffet - but the things from the day before are added back!!

I would like to give it 4 points, but the title "very good" just doesn't fit. The service was so-so and to be honest, the room just wasn't clean. The shelf in the shower was really dirty and there were hairs in the drain after the first shower. The hairdryer was also broken. I would have liked to have said that when I checked out, but no one was there. Unfortunately, I don't understand friendly and good service to mean anything else. The carpets on the stairs and in the hallways are in urgent need of replacement. Maybe with something friendlier. There are no windows in the hallways, which makes it quite dark. Aside from the cleanliness, the room was really nice. The space was used well and creatively. It was great that there was an espresso machine in the room, a telephone and even a radio. Ultimately, however, cleanliness would have been more important to me.
