Don't bother with premium WiFi, useless. Park on the carpark opposite the premier inn it's Harrogate street. Free to park from 6pm-8am, so better than what the hotels car park charges. Beds comfy and I got a good nights sleep. No windows in room. Have the check inn yourself screens but they weren't working so someone helped, staff friendly. Nice hotel.

Excellent stay. All the staff were fantastic especially Jackie. They were friendly, warm and approachable and always greeted us with a friendly smile. I have stayed in many hotels around the world from 2 to 5 star and the staff were as good as, and better than most. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast superb. Thanks to all

Really disappointed with this premier inn, on first appearance it was clean and tidy and ticked all the usual PI boxes however the staff seems "bothered" by the fact they had to deal with people. We parked for 1hr 11minutes while we checked in dropped off bags and freshened up to go out for food then parking charge was £10 for just over an hour!! We spoken to the receptionist who rolled her eyes and said there a code you need to put in on the screen and it would have only cost £8. Well perhaps if our arrival hadn't been such a nuisance to the staff maybe they would have told us that there was a code for parking but still £8 for an hour is still pretty extreme for Wigan London is cheaper. The Aircon was on all night and yes we turned it off we also adjusted the temp but to no avail it just kept firing up every 15 mins and freezing the room. Our room had a shower but no bath which was perfectly fine however the step out from the shower is deceptively deep which resulted in one of our party falling asleep they stepped out of the shower, it was reported to the staff with a suggestion that perhaps a warning sticker could be placed in the shower to make people aware, again we were made to feel like a huge inconvenience and there has been no follow up, even though the fall has resulted in 2 fractures!!! It may be conveniently located but that's the only plus for this site which is a real shame.

The staff were very rude. We are from Newcastle, we had a room booked for two people. One of our friends had nowhere to stay after the night out as she didn’t know she was coming until the last minute. We asked the staff if we could add her on to the booking and pay extra and they said no we couldn’t, we told them that there was no space at any other hotels (we tried calling multiple more) and we would have to sleep on the street if they wouldn’t let us in the room. They still would not let us in, told us we had 10 minutes to get out (it was 4am). We ended up having to sleep in the bike sheds outside the hotel and they wouldn’t give us a refund. My friend has a broken ankle and we were very cold and tired. It’s absolutely disgraceful.

Uncomfortable beds, pillows to thin and uncomfortable, parking cost £10 a time, i pulled on for 5 minutes because I forgot something and got charged £10, day light robbery, it felt like because I ticked it was business trip they put me in the rubbish part, also the games machine owes me £60 as the machine didn't pay out the note dispenser jammed,

Absolutely appalled when told about 3 young women being asked to leave by staff 4-30 in the morning even tho they had booked and paid for a room no duty of care was given by staff ..they repeatedly said not are problem ..we just want to keep are jobs ..women asked to sit in the reception area and could speak to manager and could possibly go to the room after 7am when handover was completed unfortunately they didn't wait for handover as they where filmed leaving at 6-35...knowing that several refugees live at this hotel and as told by staff don't apply to the hotel policy only the paying guest have to apply to policy is an absolute disgrace..I have always trusted premier inn but this has left e with serious doubts how this hotel is run....😡😡😡

Beds very comfy and bedding very clean I often have trouble sleeping if I'm not in my own bed but when I stay here I always sleep well The food is very good with a good variety of meals and using the meal deal still gives plenty of choice The staff are very polite and professional and everything runs smoothly
