Room clean.staff friendly and helpful.bed comfy.additional pillows.Room was a bit hot and the fan wasn't enough to cool it down.bath and shower had enough hot water hot breakfast ,had to wait for more food to be put out and when is was it was very nice.

Usual premier inn hotel, reasonable price and a good central location. The room was comfortable and the bed was ok. The staff were friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I will probably stay there again.

Typical premier inn experience good comfy bed clean and friendly staff, food good enough evening meal and breakfast meal very good value , shout out to the very friendly senior staff made my stay alot easier.

Well located for town centre, but not noisy. Comfy bed and responsive, friendly staff and other guests too were friendly and chatty. No problem with leaving our luggage there when we arrived a little earlier than planned. Staff were responsive to a minor issue about heating the room. There was an issue with the wifi but this was stated on arrival.

Great location just minutes from the town center, very easily to check in and make own door key cards, parking right outside £6 for 24 hours paid on leaving. Definitely will be staying here again………..

My time spent at the Premier Inn Wigan, was most enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment i arrived until the time I checked out everything was perfect for my needs. This was my first stay at a premier inn but I will most certainly stay at another premier hotel in the future. The hotel offers splendid value for money and the breakfast is well worth purchasing. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre.

I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience. The bed was not only comfortable but also remarkably quiet, it dodnt squeek at all ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long night of activities. I highly recommend this establishment for its cleanliness and comfortable accommodations.

Good base close to the town centre short walk from the station, we stayed for 2 nights and no issues. Didn’t eat dinner as we were visiting friends and family but breakfast was great 2 adults and 2 kids £19 bargain for all you can eat. All staff that we seen were great

Croissants best thing as always. Breakfast was really good. Happy they changed the bacon. Would definitely recommend as it is all you can eat. Premier inn sausages will always be the best as they are full of flavour and not too chewy. Each food item was cooked perfectly would definitely go again
