Cannot recommend this hotel Website said cocktails on beach. Once I paid reception informed hotel is halal. Surely this should have been disclosed. I canceled my stay. GM assured me refund would be processed next day. Then 15 jan And now they say sometime in Feb Hotel is poorly maintained. Carpets are dirty ect Clearly a dodgy place Stay away

Misrepresentation of note!!! What you see on the website and what you will get are not the same. The staff are willing to help but the hotel is beyond run down and so 1980s! We were so beyond disappointed. Other than the location and a great view very little good there. Please try somewhere else. The owners need to do better!!!

Horrible experience... so much potential!! I was looking forward to wonderful weekend away but the hotel just does not live up to its pictures, maybe it did 10 years ago. The hotel needs a serious refurb as well as the grounds of the hotel. The pool is definitely not this clean and blue as in the pictures anymore - it needs a paint job and a proper clean. The bed I slept in made such a noise when you moved, it was terrible. The carpets were so marked, it was gross. The whole experience staying at the hotel freaked me out and I wont be returning. Some of the staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast but is so sad they have to work at a hotel that is literally falling apart. The hotel has so much potential, being where they are situated, right by the ocean but I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. So sad.
