Hotel is dated, bathroom with no fan, shower makes terrible sound. Staff is not flexible in accommodating your request. Overall not a good experience. Only positive is breakfast

I highly recommend this hotel
From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location.

This Hampton was not up to the facility standards as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The facility itself needs renovating. Carpeting is dirty and worn.
The staff was professional and cordial. Kudos to the breakfast staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, well organized and clean. Overall a good stay but the facility itself needs a facelift.

Family trip to Busch Gardens
The hotel was perfect. Free breakfast with l out a of options for everyone. The room was very clean. Our puppy was very happy in the room while we enjoyed Busch Gardens. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of places to walk our puppy.

FAMILY TIME
Our stay was great beds were comfortable and the Breakfast was good. The only down side was I couldn't get the room as cool as I would like even set to 65

This was the worst hotel we stayed at in our entire trip to Virginia. The door to the room didn’t shut unless you used your whole body to push it. The shower was cold. The bath towels were hard and no one came into the room to replace any towels or empty anything.

Nice hotel. They are renovating. I was in one of their newly renovated modern rooms. I love the modern furnishings and large TV. Nice breakfast bar with lots of choices.

This is the best Hampton I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great as well. It was hard for me to leave, but I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I come to Williamsburg.
