Given the price, it’s a definite up to the standard. Close to the city centre and free parking

Not the best welcome, waited a while to check in but the room was functional for what I needed. Clean and comfy bed. Always get what you pay for with Premier and this one was no different. Probably wouldn't bring the family but fine for an over night stop

Staff were fantastic at this hotel especially a young lady called Shirley. Myself and siblings stayed here during a very stressful time for our family and Shirley went out of her way to make our stay a little easier and less stressful. Thank you so much

When arrived the sun had been on the window all afternoon, window was a sealed unit unable to open it, was so hot and stuffy during the night did not sleep at all through the night very uncomfortable, air conditioning not working no fan supplied, consequently ended up with a migraine.

Large Hotel with friendly staff. the room was, as always, was clean and comfortable. The large car park was partly undercover which was good. The dinner and breakfasts were excellent. All in all a good visit.

As part of a business trip we ate in the restaurant on 2 nights. On both days we ate in the Thyme restaurant and were served by Shirley who could not have been more helpful and friendly. She had a lovely sense of humour and certainly made us all smile.

On the positive it was clean and comfortable with good food. We both slept well. Ideal location just out of town and bus (no 2) to the city centre stops very near the hotel. Free car parking on site, a bonus. Our requested twin room was found to be a double on check in and we were moved to another room. There were no drawer units in the room. When we returned on the second evening our key card did not open the door to the rooms access corridor. This required another visit downstairs to have it re-activated which was annoying when we were tired and hungry. The evening meals were very good. The hot breakfast buffet items were not very warm and seemed to have air conditioning from the kitchen blowing over them. Otherwise there was a good range of cold breakfast foods. Overall an enjoyable stay but I assume shortage of staff problems as everywhere!

A standard Premier Inn where you know what you're getting. Good car park. Large superking bed was very comfy. Nice staff. Our room was quite noisy from, presumably, kitchen downstairs in the early mornings - equipment being moved? Certainly not noise from an adjoining bedroom.

Stayed to sightsee Winchester on an anniversary break. We were very happy with the visit and would return again. No problems with breakfast etc. The only downside was no windows opening and noisy AC so sleep was not 100% great. Seems to be how it is now though. Staff all very friendly and helpful 👍🏼
