Echo Lake Inn ★★
"What a quaint hidden gem. Recently went for a ****** Mystery Weekend and had a lovely time. The food was outstanding and was the perfect getaway. We stayed in room 25 and had a comfy bed. Small refrigerator was also the the room which was a bonus. Being an old building the walls are slightly thin to hear others but this did not detract from our trip. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves and met some very nice people."
Best Western Springfield Hotel ★★★
"Ski essential Twin room suitable for a family"

Castle Hill Resort and Spa
"I bought a travel size Aveda hairspray that quit spraying after one trip. I’ve bought a larger size of the spray, from another store, before that did the same thing. When exchanging the larger size for one that works, the store told me to wash the nozzle after each use. I did this with the travel size but it still quit spraying. I took the travel size back to the spa for exchange or refund. They told me their policy was no returns or exchanges, even for a faulty product. Told me to contact Aveda instead. Poor customer service. They need to stand behind their products. Needless to say, that was the last purchase I’ll make there."
The Weston
Hotel Coolidge
"A century-old store, you can personally feel the centuries-old vicissitudes of the building. The price is the cheapest nearby. If you want to experience the country style, you can try it. If you are used to staying in domestic luxury hotels, it is not recommended to come here. I saw the bearded man at the front desk saying enthusiastically to every guest who checked in: Oh, a very good discount price."
The Inn at Weathersfield
"An absolute perfect spot for a getaway weekend or to celebrate a momentous occasion. Ivan and the team made my brothers engagement flawless in every way."
The Jackson
Comfort Inn
"Generally speaking, the hygiene is average, and there is always a musty smell in the room."
The Norwich Inn
Main and Mountain
"This is a cute and modern place to stay in downtown Ludlow. The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. I left my purse at the bar and one of the owners kindly came over early to help me locate it from their office. They were very attentive even though there is no front desk there. The coffee bar is great to make some coffee first thing in the morning. Great touch! The bar/restaurant had such a fun and cool vibe. Food and drinks were amazing and it was a packed apres scene everyday we were there! Location can’t be beat. Overall highly recommend!"
