The sidewalks and parking lot are very dangerous. There was no salt put down and I slipped twice getting to my van. There was no tv service and no discount given for this! Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Staff were slow and not safety compliant. Heating system was antiquated and not great. Shower did not drain. Access to the building parking was not well signed.

made everyone sign a code of conduct however noise level at 2am what ridiculous and hotel did nothing about it. They said they had security however no action taken

The hotel is dated, can do better. Breakfast options were limited and the cleaning staff was running around in the hotel playing tag.

The property is in a convenient place for getting to & from destinations in Windsor. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts & helpful staff! Thank you!

First room had blood on curtains. We moved to another room. This room had a broken door lock and a clogged sink. Also had a musty smell, central air filters were caked in dust. Finally relocated to a room for our last night. it was pretty good, sink drain plug was broken and central air filter was caked in dust but other then that the room was decent. Overall a disappointing stay. Only good part was breakfast and staff.

The hotel was quiet which was nice and there is lots of parking. The negative was check in was 3 pm and upon arrival at 3:20 pm we were advised our room was not ready so we had to sit in our car until 4 pm. We also booked a room on upper floor and we received a main level room. The room smelled terrible from smoking and we had to move rooms

The comforter was stained, as were draperies which dis not even close all the way. Furniture was was dated and in poor shape
