Convenient to the airport for an overnight stay from a late arriving international flight. Free LAZ Fly shuttle that runs 24 hrs. Easy check in. Great front desk staff. Comfortable room with updated furnishings. Great mattress. Decent hot breakfast although wish they stayed open later than 9am.

Very sad representation of sheraton. Got a room, got in. Unpacked. After some time went to heat some water for tea and the cold water leveler did not work. It was NOT attached to the whole faucet. That means its only scorching hot water for face and hand washing and nothing else. No tea no water. I called to the front desk. The young lady said ” oh yeah, its not broken you just have to wiggle it the right way”. I said sure hung up amd went to wiggle it some. After carefully playing with the cold water leveler bending down under the sink to try to see whats really up I decided thats not ok. I went back to calling front desk again. Nobody picked up. I called again. Finally a nice gentleman picks up. I explain the whole sotry again from the start he says he will send a maintanance man to check. 10-15 minutes passes, nobody comes. Im tired, hungry, dirty, cranky so is my travel buddy. I grab my keycard. I go downstairs. I meet that nice gentleman and explain the issue and ask for a new room. He gives me the new room card. I go up, start repacking my suitcases to move. Mid packing maintanance man shows up, suprised there is an issue. He grabs the leveler and says ” oh ok, its broken” no sh*t. We move to new room. Smells nasty, like somebody was smoking in it for the past week 24/7. I let it go. I turn the water on and the cold water was not cold it was at best luke warm...yes i had to drink it as there were no stores around so had to make do with what i had. The sheets were nasty, please take a look at the ”comforter/blanket” it will speak for itself. Sheraton aint the same.. pitty

Great stay!

Stayed in this hotel for three nights during a trip to New England. Hotel is very nice with a very friendly staff (seems like the common areas were recently renovated). Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. It is located extremely close to Bradley airport and has lots of parking space. Several restaurants are located within a 5 minutes drive (there is a Walmart located at a 10 minutes drive). Rooms are good, but bathrooms could definitely use some renovation. Has an indoor pool (recommended) and laundry room (although it has only one dryer and one washing machine). There is also a couple of computers with printers available for guests. Hotel is highly recommended!.

Check in was simple and hotel was clean and ready for us. Complimentary ”Grab and Go” breakfast was convenient.

The hotel is on the roadside, there is free parking, the room is large, the facilities inside the hotel are complete and relatively new, and the front desk is friendly! Coffee and hot water are available throughout the day, and breakfast is rich in varieties: juice, coffee, hot water, cereal, bacon, salad, bread, yogurt, milk, desserts, etc.... It is worth mentioning that there is accommodation on the first floor of the hotel The washing machine and dryer used by the customers cost 3 dollars each, but the drying effect is not good, and they are all wet when taken out. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a 10-minute walk away, it tastes very good! All in all this hotel is worth recommending!

The reason I use the Rodeway when I am traveling to Connecticut for work is because Donna at the front desk is so amazing. She has the biggest smile when I walk into the lobby and more importantly she has my room ready and waiting. She is kind friendly and efficient. She makes every visit feel like home.
