reservation accuracy lacking We love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times when we are in the area but this time was disappointed when we checked in and were told there were no rooms with a shower only, no tub, which is what we booked. My wife has joint replacements of both hips and 1 knee and stepping into a tub is difficult, and dangerous for her. The walk-in shower is the main reason we stay here.

Everything was clean and all except the sink stopper was working properly. Breakfast was plentiful tho not especially tasty but, in all fairness, am not a breakfast person. Overall, very pleasant stay.

To start with, the room TV wouldn't change channels. Although the staff came promptly to try and fix it, their solution didn't last long, and we ended up with only one station for the night. The bathroom had a unpleasant sour smell as if it had been mopped with a dirty mop, and both toilet paper rolls were nearly out of paper. While the room was comfortable, the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly, and loose dirt was near the bed. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some USB ports available. This room was designated as a handicapped room, and we were not offered any alternative options. We have stayed at this property before, and this experience was disappointing. Im a retired Marriott associate from my experience they need to pay more attention to details. However, the staff were very courteous and attentive.

We stayed two nights for the Bluegrass festival. Front desk young gentleman was great!! The young man in charge of the breakfast did an excellent job keeping everything refilled. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We will stay at a BW again for sure.

During my stay, I didn't have hot water for 3 days, with one of those having basically no water (just a trickle out of the tap). Awful stay.
