The disinfectant water in the hotel corridor tastes very heavy, and it also smells moldy. The room is generally hygienic, but this hotel has a super large water slide, very suitable for bringing a baby, parking is also convenient

I booked a room at this location to have a night’s rest while driving across Canada. This hotel is conveniently located near the highway and food establishments. After a long day of driving we arrived at this hotel for the night. I found the bed had been made up; however clearly not changed. There were many hairs on the sheets and the bedspread. The gentleman working at the front desk came down to see it and immediately brought fresh linens. Changing the bed was the last thing I felt like doing after a day of driving. When I travel, I always bring cleaning wipes and do my own surface clean, especially since COVID. I was mortified to see how dirty the wipes were after wiping off the desk and counter. It was bad enough that I brought the wipes to the front desk to show the gentleman working. If it wasn’t for the apologies and pleasant demeanour of the gentleman working at the front desk I would have packed up and left. Unfortunately, someone not doing their job can reflect negatively on the whole establishment. I would highly recommend management doing regular checks. I do have to say once settled the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There is an odour of stale cigarette smoke, likely from people smoking outside the patio doors. All of the front staff were very pleasant. This was the first Choice Hotel that I was actually acknowledged as a Diamond member. I can’t speak about breakfast options as I was gone early. Would I stay again, no. The manager did reverse my charges for the inconvenience.

Very clean and comfortable room with all mod cons - more spacious than most in this central location in a capital city and the price was very reasonable for all on offer. Excellent wi-fi, nice toiletries, great choice at breakfast. The staff were very helpful, organising our taxi and allowing us to stay in the room after check out time so we could freshen up before we left for the airport. The only issue we had about the stay was the noise from the street. The hotel is in an area near some fast food restaurants and bars. The first night of the stay we were awoken by someone blasting out music in the very early hours of the morning. The following morning the bin men woke us at 5am. Nothing the hotel can do about this but if you are considering this hotel and won't be out partying till the early hours yourself maybe ask for a room on a high floor facing away from the street.

The hotel location is at Winnipeg's heart with excellent service, clean rooms, and reasonable prices. We couldn't find something more attractive on our budget. We could walk at the Forks and enjoy a nice meal, and walk around the stores. Also, we had a great visit to the humane museum just around the corner. Thank you, Humphry Inn.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was quite rich, and the swimming pool was perfect for kids. The hotel is very good except for a little bit of food nearby.

The most disgusting, disgraceful, dirty, gross room i have ever been in in my entire life. Dirty walls, no outlets, cords all over half the floor, lights didnt work, the list goes on. Place shud be closed for good, i was appauled to say the very least. After 20 min i marched downstairs, demanded my money back and split the worst pile of garbage room of my lifetime. Never again, the smell alone was enuf to make me want to puke. Clearly there are people living there, everybody read my words. DO WHATEVER U HAVE TO DO AND AVOID THIS DUMP NO MATTER WHAT.

The staff was so friendly and willing to help us out with a great rate! The room was spacious, clean and well kept. The hot tub was not in order unfortunately. Not ideal after cycling for 8 hours but we made do. The breakfast selection was good. There was a good variety but the apple juice and coffee tasted very watered down

Very pleased - we stayed 2 nights before our flight and upon return from our vacation. We were away for 2 weeks and the vehicle parking was included with the room. Rooms and hotel were comfy and clean, shuttle to and from airport were quick and prompt. Very friendly staff, clean pool area and good breakfast selection which is also included. Will absolutely stay again.

The breakfast is very rich, the surrounding community is quiet, and the 2 Queen Size beds meet the needs of our family of three. In North America, the Best Western chain is really good and has become my first choice for travel.
