Chewuch Inn & Cabins

The room was very clean, and everything was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

This was an anniversary weekend getaway that was amazing. Very cute and clean cabin with all the amenities needed. The hot tub was in great working condition and very clean. Breakfast was held in a little dining hall and was buffet style serving with plenty to choose from. Easy walking distance to downtown area to enjoy the shops and dining. Very friendly staff and check in process was seamless. We will be back again!

The highway to get there was closed and even though I called to cancel my reservation outside their stated two-week window, they refused to refund my money or give me credit for a future stay, telling me "Hey, we're trying to run a business here." Terrible customer service.

The room is a basement, no windows. No fridge, no microwave some cups was dirty. Hot water in the shower not enough to take a bathtub.

No check-in without driving to alternative hotel back towards town. Breakfast at 8-9:30….arrived at 8:30….no meat (bacon or sausage). Went to alert kitchen that many diners were seated and dissatisfied, and found note on kitchen door saying ‘back in 15 minutes’. Half hour later, returned and said ‘had to go pick up my papers.’ Breakfast ended, we all left with just eggs and pastries/yogurt. Rates increased, on-site service greatly reduced and breakfast disappointing.

We have been staying at this property for a weekend for about 10 years. Property condition has decreased significantly. On our most recent stay, the sink was leaking, the hot tub jets didn't work, and the hot tub was filthy. No staff on-site. Probably won't be back.

Good location, convenient walk to town. The breakfast had a good selection and was quite good. The room was dated and the TV did not work well.

Room was not cleaned. Check in is at a different location, so not easy to go back to the other property for assistance. They did try to accomodate another room right away. Also had booked a cabin with a fireplace on *******, but they only get notified that you book a cabin. Be careful if you're booking the cabin with pull out couch due to having 3 people. Bed was comfortable, but linens were not very soft. Kitchen was well stocked.

Stayed in a premium room, not a cabin. Passably clean, but some scattered mouse poop, most disturbingly in a new, rolled up towel. The utensils in the room had dried food on them. You can hear *everything* from the rooms above you. Room is very worn, although the fire place was nice. Two bulbs were burned out; staff was responsive to replacing these, but seems it should've been something housekeeping should catch.
